Requirements

• On Highway OEM Sales Manager is responsible for executing sales strategy
• Responsible for generating sales growth and new business opportunities with multiple commercial vehicle OEM’s
• Works closely with key OEM customers, Purchasing, Engineering, Operations, and other functions as necessary as well as NGP internal management, engineering, operations, to ensure a sales success. 
• Must be a quick learner and not afraid to hit the ground running.

• Provide design support for test lab components or equipment as needed
• Provide design support for development activities
• Document and release test standards and processes
• Run tests in test lab with Labview
• Manage lab consumables inventory, including budget
• Maintain Engineering Data in engineering systems (PDM/Vault system)
• Support integration of product design and manufacturing
• Author design standards
• Manage design commodity tracking sheets

• Travel Required: 20-30%

Education & Experience

• Associates degree in Mechanical Design or equivalent degree is required

• Experience with product release (print generation/documentation)
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred (Machining, Tube Bending, Sheet Metal Working, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Labview preferred

Coordinates human resources activities, such as recruiting, benefits, Affirmative Action Plans, and employee services by performing the following duties in a Corporate environment.

1. Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, approving invoices for payment, open enrollment and communicating benefit information to employees. Audits billings.

2. Maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.

3. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees for all NGP sites; conducts new-employee orientations; writes and places advertisements.

4. Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures;

5. Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.

6. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.

7. Update Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database. Audits content regularly.

8. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

9. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Education & Experience 

Associate Degree and minimum of three years of Human Resources experience.

• Maintenance of the fixed asset system and the sub ledger
• General monthly accounting close responsibilities related to fixed asset accounts including reconciliation, accruals and roll forwards
• Preparation and analysis of monthly spending versus budget reporting
• Work with various areas to monitor and report on projects in progress and properly capitalize
• Ensure disposal of fixed assets and  deletions are properly accounted for and balanced to the sub ledger

• Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions
