<li>Establish monthly Accounting close calendar of requirements</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of Board of Directors meeting packages</li>
<li>Assist in the month-end closing and distribution of consolidated monthly financial statements and related analyses. </li>
<li><span style="color: black;">Manage purchase accounting and related issues. </span></li>
<li><span style="color: black;">Assist Corporate Controller with audit related issues and projects. </span></li>
<li><span style="color: black;">Serve as liaison to location Controllers, assisting them with accounting related service issues. </span></li>
<li><span style="color: black;">Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner. </span></li>
<li><span style="color: black;">Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. </span></li>
<li><span style="color: black;">Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment. </span></li>
</span><span style="color: black;">Perform detailed financial statement analyses, including discussions on various issues. </span>
