Sales Manager - On Highway OEM

Responsibilities

  • On Highway OEM Sales Manager is responsible for executing sales strategy
  • Responsible for generating sales growth and new business opportunities with multiple commercial vehicle OEM’s
  • Works closely with key OEM customers, Purchasing, Engineering, Operations, and other functions as necessary as well as NGP internal management, engineering, operations, to ensure a sales success. 
  • Must be a quick learner and not afraid to hit the ground running.
  • Strong sales skills including prospecting, forecasting, presenting, and closing new business, and comfortable working remotely  
  • Proven track record at business planning and achieving measurable goals
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Outstanding people skills. Strong in-person, written and oral communication skills

CAD Designer - Lab Tech

Responsibilities

  • Provide design support for test lab components or equipment as needed
  • Provide design support for development activities
  • Document and release test standards and processes
  • Run tests in test lab with Labview
  • Manage lab consumables inventory, including budget
  • Maintain Engineering Data in engineering systems (PDM/Vault system)
  • Support integration of product design and manufacturing
  • Author design standards
  • Manage design commodity tracking sheets
  • Travel Required: 20-30%

Requirements

  • Proficient at Solid Modeling – Autodesk Inventor
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Vault preferred

Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the closing process, including preparation of journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.  This includes close coordination with plant controller/accountants and finance partners
  • Performing account analysis, including ability to identify, research and correct accounting discrepancies
  • Help facilitate the accurate and timely completion of month and year end reporting process
  • Support the annual external audit by ensuring supporting schedules and necessary documentation are prepared and reconciled on a timely basis
  • Analysis of balance sheet and P&L accounts and research and explanation of material variances to accounting manager and finance partner
  • Research, recommend and assist in the implementation of necessary process improvements to financial reporting and controls
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required including assisting with finance organizational initiatives and act as backup roles for other accounting responsibilities
  • Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions

 

Requirements

  • Should have 3-5 years of experience in all aspects of accounting
  • Experience in a manufacturing accounting environment preferred
  • Experience in multi-plant, multi-location environment desirable
  • Ability to navigate through multiple accounting systems

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger

  • Working capital management – Accounts Receivable
  • Product and Customer profitability analysis
  • Business finance liaison on S&OP process and new business quotations
  • Due diligence on acquisitions
  • Financial modeling of business strategy
