Responsibilities:

- Business partner to the on-highway business segment
- Liaise with the general accounting and plant finance groups in monthly financial close, reporting, and analysis
- Perform monthly close related to assigned business-specific accounts like AR reserves, Warranty, Customer rebates and allowances etc.
- Review and deliver monthly financials including analysis of results vs appropriate benchmark
- Preparation of BOD package
- Coordinate AOP/forecasts
- Review capital expenditures and related business case assumptions
- Working capital management – Accounts Receivable
- Product and Customer profitability analysis
- Business finance liaison on S&OP process and new business quotations
- Due diligence on acquisitions
- Financial modeling of business strategy
Requirements:

Education & Experience:
- Should have 8+ years of experience in all aspects of accounting
- Specific experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior analytical experience as Sr Financial Analyst or Division Finance support
- Experience in multi-plant, multi-location environment would be very helpful
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High level problem solving and analytical skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA
- MBA preferred
- Public accounting experience is a plus
