Rachel Fortenberry-Deutschel joins Nelson Global as Global Sales Director

Rachel Fortenberry-Deutschel has joined Nelson Global as Global Sales Director.

She joins the company with an extensive background in sales strategy, global market share growth, and program management within the automotive industry. In her more than 30 years of experience, she has managed accounts with the world's leading OEMs, creating global strategies, forging relationships, and managing culturally diverse, multi-continent teams. In her new role, Rachel will work strategically to define priorities and set acquisition targets in each region and will be responsible for generating sales growth and new business opportunites with key customers and end markets.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Paulista University in Sao Paulo, Brazil and has studied at London Business School, the Dana College of Business, and the Program Management Insitute. She speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish and enjoys experiencing new cultures through traveling. Rachel is passionate about making personal connections and currently serves on the Board of the LACASA Center, a nonprofit organization in Michigan that provides support for victims of abuse.
